Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Partner Desk platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.

If you are accepting these terms on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

Partner Desk is a software-as-a-service platform operated by Partner Desk by Creators United FZC LLC, a company organised under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The platform provides creative agencies with tools for supplier management, booking workflows, project operations, proposals, CRM, and related features. We provide the platform on an “as available” basis and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Agency administrators are responsible for managing team member access, including inviting, removing, and setting permissions for team members. Each team member must use their own account credentials.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to access, probe, or scan the platform's security vulnerabilities
• Use the platform to store or transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Scrape, copy, or extract data from the platform using automated tools
• Share your account credentials with unauthorised persons
• Use the platform to harass, defame, or harm any person or entity

Agencies subscribe to Partner Desk on a monthly or annual basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method for recurring fees until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

We may adjust subscription fees with at least thirty (30) days' notice. Price changes do not apply to the current billing cycle.

New agencies receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. The trial includes access to platform features according to the Starter plan. At the end of the trial, your account continues on the Starter plan unless you choose a different plan. You may cancel during the trial at no cost.

Suppliers invited by agencies use the supplier portal at no cost. Suppliers have access only to their own bookings, profile, and related communications. Suppliers are bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy when using the platform.

All content, data, and materials you upload to or create within the platform remain your intellectual property. Partner Desk claims no ownership of your content.

The Partner Desk platform, including its design, features, and software, is the intellectual property of Partner Desk by Creators United FZC LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the platform.

Partner Desk is committed to protecting your confidential information. Our confidentiality obligations are set out in our Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement, which is accepted by your agency administrator upon account creation.

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Partner Desk by Creators United FZC LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your account is inactive for an extended period.

Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and our NDA. You may export your data before termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. For users in the United Arab Emirates, the laws of the UAE apply and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai. For users in other jurisdictions, the laws of that jurisdiction shall apply. Where your jurisdiction does not specify a governing law, the laws of the United Arab Emirates shall apply as Partner Desk by Creators United FZC LLC's home jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
