Partner Desk is a software-as-a-service platform operated by Partner Desk by Creators United FZC LLC(“we”, “us”, “our”), a company organised under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The platform helps creative agencies manage suppliers, bookings, projects, and operations. We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your data.

This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who has access to it, and the choices you have regarding your information. By using Partner Desk, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Account data: Your name, email address, agency name, and password (stored as a one-way hash).

Business data: All information you and your team enter into the platform — clients, projects, bookings, suppliers, proposals, financial records, documents, messages, and creative work.

Usage data: Information about how you interact with the platform, including device type, browser, IP address, and activity logs used for security and service improvement.

Communication data: Emails and messages you send to us, and notifications we send to you (e.g., booking confirmations, invitation emails).

We use your data to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the platform and its features
• Authenticate users and secure access to your agency's data
• Send booking notifications, invitations, and operational emails
• Process subscription payments and manage billing
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your business data to train third-party AI models. Your agency's data is never shared with other agencies on the platform.

We share data only with trusted sub-processors who help us operate the platform. All sub-processors are bound by data protection agreements. Our current sub-processors include:

• Supabase — database hosting, authentication, and file storage
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Stripe — payment processing (if you subscribe to a paid plan)
• Google Cloud / Gemini API — AI-assisted features (proposal and social content generation)

When you invite a supplier to use the supplier portal, they receive access only to their own bookings and profile — never to your agency's other data.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible for thirty (30) days to allow for export. After that period, we securely delete your data from our production systems within sixty (60) days.

You may request immediate data deletion at any time by contacting us. Residual copies in backup systems may persist for up to ninety (90) days, after which they are automatically purged.

Partner Desk uses essential cookies and browser local storage to maintain your authenticated session and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No third-party analytics cookies are set.

To help us fix problems, Partner Desk also records technical error information when something goes wrong in the app, such as the error message, the page you were on, your name, email and agency, and your browser and device type. We do not record what you type into forms, your passwords, or the content of your clients' jobs or invoices. Error records are deleted automatically after ninety (90) days.

You have the right to:

• Access a copy of your personal data
• Export your agency's data from the platform
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
• Object to processing of your data for legitimate interests

We protect your data using industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. Access to your data is restricted to authorised personnel with a legitimate need.

Partner Desk offers AI-assisted features for proposal generation and social content creation. When you use these features, the content you submit is sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) for processing. Your data is not used to train the AI provider's models. The AI provider retains processed data for a limited period (up to 30 days) for safety and abuse prevention, after which it is deleted.

AI features are optional. You can use Partner Desk fully without ever engaging AI-assisted features.

Partner Desk is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided data to us, please contact us for immediate removal.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
